If I’ve taken anything away from my 8 years of coaching experience it has been that the biggest difference between people who see results and those who don’t isn’t effort, it’s doing exercises correctly and following a plan that works.

My name is Anfisa I am former USA National Team rhythmic gymnast, now certified personal trainer and nutrition coach in San Francisco. I help busy professionals and gymnasts with proper technique. I specialize in precision-based coaching for:

  • Adults looking to build strength, lose fat, and learn how to tackle the gym anywhere they go.

  • Kids, teens and adults seeking private rhythmic gymnastics coaching to improve flexibility, skill, and athletic performance.

Every session is designed to improve your technique, progress your strength, and help you reach your goals safely and efficiently.

  • My 8 years of coaching sports and strength training has taught me to be incredibly attentive to detail. I can help you break down each exercise and major lifts to make sure you are getting the maximum results pain free.

  • If you are a swimmer, powerlifter, runner, dancer or gymnast. I can help you with technique, training and injury prevention so you can be ready for your next athletic endeavor.

  • New to stretching or training flexibility for sports such as gymnastics, figure skating and dance we got you covered.

  • Neck and back pain are common problems with long hours in the office. I’ll walk you through my anti-computer training program to help with these pain points.
